Reflexion Dominican Salon

Unfriendly staff. The girl didn't ask what I wanted she immediately just started blow drying my hair. I wear my natural texture, I don't blow dry my hAir. I told her I wanted to keep my length on top and to trim a little off the sides and a shape up around my neckline ( my hair is short). A trim turned into a uneven big chop. Also she didn't have the tools to shape up my neckline. WHAT KIND OF SALON DOESNT HAVE TOOLS TO SHAPEUP SOMEONE NECKLINE. Very disappointed and I'm not hard to please. I've never reviewed a company until now. BEWARE.

I am dominican and it doesnt take much for my hair to get straight...but I love going to dominican salons because it gives me a silky finish to my hair...So I chose reflexions hair salon especially because it was right down the street. Boy did I make the wrong decision. first I will say the receptionist was friendly..but the service was horrible. I came in for a dye and blow out. I wanted jet black hair. to get to the point the dye job was baddd!! I kept telling the girl that the dye was coming down my neck...she acted like she was fixing it and walk away..at the end of the process I had dye all around my forehead, ears, and clothes. it was embarrasing and I had a lot of the clients second guessing about getting they're hair dye..then to make it worse, of course I did not want to pay becauswe I was not satisfied. not only was my hair jacked..and my shirt was ruined, they also talked about people and me in the shop in spanish not knowing that I knew spanish because I look like a african american girl. I will never return here..they need to hire new stylist and have better custome service cou
