Hopewell Valley Car Wash Inc

I was in a rush and brought my car in for a detail. This place was the most expensive around but they had the availability I needed so I was willing to pay. They told me it would take 4 hours but called me in 2.5 hours to let me know it was done. I thought I was the last detail of the day but when I pulled up (just before they closed) they had another vehicle in the bay. Sure enough they had done half a job on my car. The exterior was mediocre, my only real complaint was that they did not polish my rims which they said they would and not all the wax had been buffed off and I can't be sure but it felt/looked like only one coat of wax had been applied when they told me two. The big concern was the interior of the car. The leather seats really needed to be cleaned but it was obvious they had done nothing with them. The little guy working on the car told me he could fix everything in 5 minutes... well, that is exactly what the interior looked like - a five minute job. The dash, doors, etc all looked like nothing had been done. My windows were smudged with streaks and weren't even cleaned entirely. When I expressed concern I was blown off by the the detailer and the manager never called me back. I'm sure they CAN do a good job but they obviously are more concerned about making money than doing a good job. I will never go back.
