Alex's TV Service

I cant imagine who that was that left that review about alex on 10-10-12 but that is not even alex mo only way he is taking 160.00 and your tv would be a lamp costing that much and you having to pay for it I do know he is the best repair man out there he has repaired a few things for me before I even became his call service,and on 10-10-12 i was working for him and if we picked up a tv all you do is pay no more than 40.00 for him to come out and he will diagnose the tv there or take it with him and diagnose it and call you and let you know what the problem is and let you know what you need for it,SHAME ON YOU FOR TRYING TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW ON ALEX HE IS THE BEST

I found Alex online and was initially pleased with the speed and professionalism. He was going to repair my Samsung TV. He took the TV with him and returned it within a week at which point I paid him $160 dollars. He said the problem was gone but told us he had a 90 day warranty in case we had any problems. The TV was not fixed at all and although he attempted to fix the TV a couple more times (these times he barely answered his phone), the TV was never fixed and we never received our money back. Instead he sent me a few emails insulting me an my boyfriend and even commented on our personal lives and jobs. I do not recommend Alex to fix your TV. He is in fact highly unprofessional and does not complete the job.
