Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is horrible, my family wanted me to order from this location since it's close to home. I called about 7 times and let the phone ring for at least a minute each time, no one answered. How the heck do your run business if your employees refuse to answer the phone to take orders. I thought that was part of their job. I'd rather drive to Flourtown to Pizza Hut.

The deliver guy needs to learn customer service . when he deliver food to the customer .his attitude was very Nasty because I didn't have change when u deliver my food I though that they suppose to have the change . I didn't like his service at all

I will nerve order from this pizza hut again they need to work on there attitude

I will NEVER order again from the pizza hut located on 6242 Stenton Avenue, Philadelphia Pa 19138!!! On three different occasions I have placed orders with this Pizza Hut and something each time has been forgotten in my order when the deliver person gets to my apartment. When I have called the store to find out why there was a mistake, I have received HORRIBLE customer service. The way that people are treated at that location is unacceptable. Recently they messed up again on my order and refused to give me my money back, stating that all they could do was give me a credit toward next time. Well there will not be a next time. Not only do I plan to never order from that location again, but I never want to order from Pizza Hut PERIOD! Because of one location this company has lost me as a customer forever.

Everyone is always smiling. I got probably the best pizza ever in my life from this Pizza Hut. Plenty of toppings and the restaurant was very clean.
