U.S. Social Security Administration

Applied at my Houston SSA office at 8989 lakes at 610 for survivor's social security they sent my claim to MATPCS (PC2) SSA 300 Spring Garden St Philadelphia, PA 19123. These ppl denied my claim with an initial decision without sending me any letter . I found it out from my online ssa account. My claim didn't even make it to the Disability determination services. Close this place down! Fire who's in charge!

Am currently attempting to repay an over payment from many moons ago. They seem to have just lossed my last 2 payments sent. If you need to send payments here it might be best if you send them certified mail. That way you will have proof they made it. I will now try and climb the ladder to their leader to find out what is happening.....

Sorry to say that sending the required information as stated in the letter through two courier not received any reply from the above said office too have given my email address with the request that if more any information is required be informed to me by mail.
