Ascent at Papago Park

Do not live here. it looks like there are a ton of amenities, but they are only available until 5 pm. If you work a 9-5 you basically can only use the amenities on the weekends during the day... you know when you are busy catching up on life. Their staff, Marta, Jessica, Ron, and Keomy are so rude and lazy. I don't know how their still allowed to work there. They basically don't know the meaning of customer service. The grills are always broken or out of gas. The party room is $750 to rent out. Which is ridiculous, and completely not worth it. I thought it would be safe because they have armed guards, but the guards are aggressive and racist. When we had group of friends over in the amenities they were taking pictures of us, demanding to know who lived there and tried to tell us we had to leave early. It isn't luxurious. You can only have APS and COX, both of which charge more money. The parking is terrible, there never is any. They charge an arm and a leg, but it completely isn't worth it. Do not live here!!!!
