Valley King Properties

Valley King provides services to SLUM LORDS and tries to avoid responsibility by saying everything is up to "the owner" of the property.

Well I have been paying Valley king for 6 years. Valley king agreed to manage the property, but Valley King is not managing the property according to the AZ Landlord and Tenant ACT.

I gave them notice that my refrigerator was fading. When it finally died, they refused (are refusing) to replace it, saying the owner doesn't warranty the fridge.

I am a disabled single mother, my daughter has special needs, all of our food went bad and when I sent them an email which listed the specific articles they were violating, they sent me an eviction notice!!

It has been over a week now that we have not had a fridge or any food in the house and they still refuse to replace the fridge that was in the property when I rented it.

Don't rent from these slum lords. They are nothing but tantrum throwing spoiled bitches.
