I wouldn't let my own family rent to own off of these people if my life depended on it the worst the manager she is crooked and a liar and takes people's money and gives people a dump and unfixed home that needs repaired that the owner of it should have had it fixed before selling it not the greatest place too move too. The rode in that place has holes in it too tare up the front end of your car and if someone moves out they think the person who is buying it and they up and move it out there still liable for that and there not. A pissed off consumer.

Not at all happy with our experience. We have lived here for 4 years and I've put money into this trailor that I'll never see now she is claiming were not aloud to leave until the trailor is paid in full. She gave my cousins personal information out as she openly gave guys her court documents and social. I don't feel comfortable living here any more and I want out.

Yes they fix the mobile homes up to look nice to get people to want them but they don't fix major things that they know are wrong. They get ur huge down payment then after 30 days you are stuck pouring tons of money into fixing major problems. Because you are so called "buying" it is your responsibility to take care of all the problems you bought into. Yes they are trying to make changes to better the park. Following rules depends on who you are...it is what is...its a trailer park. They are in it to make money. Its not they're HOME its a business. If you think you are buying a home that feels like yours and you don't have money to pour into an old trailer this is not the place to be. If you are ok with tons of rules depending on who you are then I suggest buying a new trailer that's here. Its not too awful here.

Not happy with the way I got stuck with a mobile home that the owner his self should have fixed it before allowing people to buy it. I fell in a hole due to the repairs and the electruc bill. I packed up all my stuff and moved out before the manager wanted more money for the next months rent. They took my money I got screwed. I spent over a grand on a dump.
