The surest path to success on the wash floor is good dry soil removal. We have developed multiple dusting methods so that no matter the age, condition, or soil level of your area rugs, we have a method that will be safe and thorough. The method(s) we use are determined during the pre-inspection.
Odor Removal
Odor-causing pet stains are tricky to mitigate because what we see on the surface is just the tip of the iceberg. Most pet accidents seep down through our area rugs and pool on the floor underneath. To remove the urine deposits and bacteria, we need to treat the stains all the way through the fibers of your rugs, not just at the surface. Our odor removal process also works for musty or sour odors, nicotine and smoke, and cooking odors.

Blotchy bare areas in the pile of your rug, tiny beige flying moths, webbing or cocoons on either the underside or face of your rug, and live larvae are all red-flag indicators of an active moth infestation. If you spot any of these signs, please call us to come inspect your area rug as soon as possible! If we can confirm moth activity, we’ll safely contain the rug and bring it back to our studio for a deep cleaning and moth treatment. Once the rug has been cleaned, we’ll assess any visible moth damage for repair and consult with you for approval before beginning any additional services.

Water Damage Restoration
When water damage, pet stains, or harsh over-the-counter spotters have caused the dyes of your area rug to shift, don’t throw it away! Have our color correction specialist look it over. Perhaps it can be saved, and for less money than you might think! Just remember that the goal is improvement over perfection with this type of service.
