Cartridge World

This is the ONLY cartrige world I've even stepped foot into where the employees act like they are having play time at preeschool. The cashier would not sell me an ink when I did not have the old cartridge, unlike other cw's do, and instead explained to me his horrible business tactics: "I have them, but I can't sell them to you incase another customer comes in later today, and maybe they won't have their old cartrige. I have to save them in case someone might come in later. I do have them, but you can't buy them." Not even a sorry. So, what, you are saving cartridges for other customers that MIGHT come in LATER but you ARE NOT SURE?!?!?!? STUPID. I will NEVER come back, good thing there is a Walnut Creek and Concord location, which I have been to and LOVED their service!!! DO NOT GO TO THE PLEASANT HILL CARTRIDGE WORLD unless horrible customer service and store policies don't bother you!
