Jennifer the resident manager is the worst... before you move in. PLEASE take pictures and be very detailed. She fails to follow tenant laws. The up keep is below average. I spent 4 years at location. Car was broken into twice. They had felons/fugitives working as handyman with access to YOUR house. Lights did not work for years. Stove burners was rusted thru. Lack of management. When bring issues to her attention she would blame the three owners follow up. When we move she sent a deposit letter that she added the math wrong. Seriously she can't add. What a joke. Then get a bill stating we owe her. This is standard practice. Please check the review. All facts. We will be taking them to court. The have failed to follow then 2016 tenant laws. Please be very cautious before signing anything. Since Jennifer does not give xopys. Please get your own. Please keep images and paperwork. In the fours years she only did one walk thru stating they need to replace several things due to age. But never done. Shady business. I have witness her and a handyman enter the residents to take pictures while then tenants was out. I catch them and they begged for me not to say anything and if they ask say I has a leak in my apartment that came from upstairs. SHADY.....

Jennifer and the whole crew are great. This is a very clean and secure facility. I would recommend this complex to anyone that wants a quiet and clean place to live. The units are GREAT and very comfortable.
