Smile Design

I was pleased to see Smile Design open near my home about two years ago. I wasn't very happy with my last dentist and decided to look around as I knew I was going to need more work as my fillings aged.

I stopped by and talked with Maya, the Office Manager, and got a very good feeling about Smile Design. I noticed the high technology they use (digital xrays viewed immediately on a screen in front of you as an example) and the attractive surroundings. The office is well organized and very clean. I then decided to book my first visit and checkup.

What I found was a very caring staff eager to make me comfortable and understand my needs. I was very pleasantly surprised. Dr. Basha is very down to earth and easy to talk with. He carefully showed me what he found while examining my teeth and discussed my general dental health. He then put together a written and clear-cut plan for dealing with my specific issues. We put a timeline together and began the work.

I found Dr. Basha, and his dental assistants Courtney & Nancy, to be very professional, yet personable and caring. Dr. Basha is an extraordinarily gentle person and it shows up in his treatments. He is very concerned in your comfort and checks with you regularly to ensure your visit is pleasant.

After taking care of my immediate needs, we developed a plan to improve the aesthetics of my teeth. We decided to use cosmetic veneers on my front teeth, which had been a source of embarrassment for years. I can't tell you how wonderful the difference is...had I realized how simple and affordable it was, I would have had them years ago.

I can highly recommend Dr. Basha and Smile Design to you as a fabulous dental office. You won't be disappointed!
