Anita is awesome!!! She helped us put together a floor plan that will make our living room look beautiful!! She really knows her stuff. You could tell she chose the right profession!! She loves what she does, she even took a picture of our cat, when she came to take measurements at our house. She made Chloe the queen, the center of the whole project!! It was breathtaking!! Great customer service!! Just a job well done!! A+ customer service!! Thank you , Anita!! We do appreciate all your help!! Can’t wait to get everything together! We’re always going to have Anita help us with our home interior decorating! She’s nothing but superb!!!!!!

I purchased two leather chairs a couple of years ago for $1,400.00. I also purchased a five year warranty. The chairs look like they are 30 years old!! The warranty company came and said that it is normal wear and tear. I have a leather sofa (purchased somewhere else) that is 10 years old and still looks like new! I called the manager at the store two times and sent an email but never got a response. I went to the store and talked to the manager who was very rude!! She didn't even look at the pictures or the receipt or anything. She just said it is out of their hands. It is up to the warranty company. After I left, she was really rude. I told her I would call the television station that helps consumers but I couldn't remember the name. She told me exactly what what station and who to talk to as if to say "go ahead and call". DON'T SHOP AT LA-Z-BOY. POOR QUALITY FURNITURE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
