What is really so wonderful about this company is how well they communicate. On the initial call, they really took the time to get to know me and my problem. They asked me a lot of questions, worked out what was going on, and let me know all the steps that were needed to take care of it. My laptop stopped charging, so they figured out the problem was with my DC jack. They came and got my computer from my house, told me it would take about 3 days to get the part. They called the day the part arrived to tell me they would install it that day and get it back to me. They called the next day and came to my office to give it back. They called the day after, "just to make sure I was happy." I was so impressed at how they kept me in the loop at every step, they really earned my business and I am proud to count myself as one of their customers! I am thrilled to say that the service I just received from this company has me skipping down the streets! I thought that my computer was doomed, and as a result, was faced with the huge expense of getting a new computer. When I called these guys, all of my worries went away as they meticulously explained why certain problems were occurring and discussing with me several different options to increase the speed and extend the life of my computer. Because I do not know all of the technical terminology, I trusted that they would be honest with me about how much labor was needed after diagnosing the problems. They not only did this exceptionally well, but they went the extra mile by explaining at least 3 different options and the benefits of each, so that I had the freedom to decide which one best fit my individual needs. They took the time to repeat each one so that I was absolutely sure about my choice. These guys are the BEST!

wicked Portland computer repair company! I just moved to portland and on the flight over, in my checked baggage, somebody STEPPED on my laptop! The screen was totally smashed. I called these guys and they gave me the bad news, new screens are like $150 :( which sucked, but still cheaper than buying a new computer. So anyways, they came out and got it, took it in the office, ordered a screen, installed it, and got it back to me like 3 days later (took awhile for the screen to ship). The big thing, though, is these guys are super friendly, and since I don't know anywhere or anyone, having them come do the pickup was really nice. I also really liked how they called back the next day to make sure everything was working...good times all around with this portland computer repair company!
