Rude, do not care. They are real 24 hour manatiinance. It is almost like the mentainance people are ar co tenants with you. If there is any problem with the the artment while you have given a notice to leave, they expect you to stay allthrough. The whole roof caved in when they were doing their 24 hr maintenance. I could not live there. They expected me to stay there all through my notice time and also to do the cleaning of the damamged roof.They gave a bil pertaining to that, charged me for the cleaning of the damaged roof and even sent me to a collection agency with no attempt to contact me before then.I found out all these through a collection gency.

The manger is a rude b*tch,races. And will lie straight to u face, we had problems with the ac, never got fixed. Thefirst manger was awesome silva is great to but the manger isnt
