If your happy paying double the price and dealing with an unprofessional owner, this is the place for you. We purchased an existing business which already used Quantum. We didn't have the time shop around and do research when we purchased the business so we signed the contract not realizing it was for 5 years. Lesson learned. When I spoke to Harry about terminating the contract, his response was I couldn't and he had a great legal team. He was very quick to point this out several times. After going back and forth, he states that if I pay up 2.5 years of service ($2100) he would release me from the contract. We went back and forth a bit more till he became irate with me and advise me that if I was not an idiot and read the contract I wouldn't be in this situation. Moral of the story, there are dozens of companies that can monitor your equipment for half his price and offer superior service and professionalism.
