Hello, my name is Alex Acosta. I'm the owner and operator of Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning. I have been in business since 2009 and I do all the jobs by myself. In all these years I've probably cleaned around 25,000 rooms. A little bit about my background. I'm originally from Brazil and I moved to the US in 2004 to be with my wife that is a California native. I'm a proud American Citizen since 2007. In Brazil I got a degree as an Agricultural Engineer. After I moved here, I had the great opportunity of working for UC Davis as a lab technician for almost 5 years and after that I worked for almost one year as a Research Associate for Dupont-Pioneer Seeds in the bay area. My decision to open this business was to return to live in the Sacramento area and have more flexibility in my schedule to have more time for our 2 children, and work in a customer service area like I used to do in the past. My goal is always to offer my customers the best and honest service as possible.
