I called to schedule an appointment to have an electrical socket moved to install a cabinet in my kitchen. When the receptionist answered the phone at 4 pm she told me the office was closed. I went back to the website to double check office hours and saw office hours were until 5 p.m. I decided to call and ask if the hours pertained to specific days so I could call back and schedule my appointment within business hours. When the receptionist heard my question she did not respond to me. Instead she hung up on me and continued her discussion with a lady name Heather. In fact she apologized to Heather for disrupting their conversation. This is no way to treat customers and I thought the least I could do was write to let you know the way I was treated. To me this is no way to treat a customer and would be completely unacceptable in my workplace.
