P&C AUTO REPAIR

Dropped my girlfriends car off to get a power steering pump and steering rack replaced. Fast forward 5 weeks, 3 power steering pumps, two steering racks and wasted trips to P and C to bring new parts every week and now the car needs front struts???? We did not have the car for over a month due to their lack of initiative. We would drop the car off on a monday, then call a few days later to ask about the progress of the car; PJ(the owner) would make excuses as to why the work is not done. ie saying the pumps and racks are bad that we bought from autozone/advance autoparts. It does not pay to go cheap. He might charge the cheapest labor, but the work being done is horrible and unprofessional. Go to someone reputable. Oh yea, this is not the first time this has happened; I have heard stories from other people who experienced the same thing, STAY AWAY
