Appliance Solutions sold me a fridge which included a 6 month warranty; 2 months after the purchase, it broke down, leaking Freon into my house around my kids. AS picked it up to fix it, which took 3 months. This time period is very long for a repair, but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because they said they needed to order parts. However, after we hounded them about returning the fridge, they installed it incompletely (the handle and hardware were missing) and the leaking Freon issue was not fixed. Within a matter of days, it started leaking Freon again (a health hazard, especially for children and pets) and we lost all of our food again. I have called, sometimes 40 times a day, to try to keep communications open with this company. I have also emailed, texted, and sent a certified letter. They have responded once, then never again.



Save yourself a huge hassle, don't ever give these crooks your money.

Bar none the worst company ever. This company was contracted by a property management firm to fix a plumbing problem. The inept plumber who came cut in to an open water line, flooding my unit, the adjacent unit, with the force of the pipe break knocking him off a ladder to the floor and being injured where my renter had to call 911 to get the fire department and an ambulance there. Nighmare!! Owner (Olea) refuses to return phone calls, and has now denied any responsibility for the significant damage that his employee has done to 3 units in the building. Unbelievable and incredibly dishonest. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY FOR A PURCHASE OR ANY WORK. I've still received no responses to my requests for a return call, Olea hides behind his secretary, and now I've lost 2 months of rent and have substantial damage to floors, cabinets, furniture, and carpeting, all because of this company who does not accept accountability for their employee's actions.
