Convenient Loan

I have been with convenient loan for a long time. Don't do what I did and keep going back no matter how desperate you are. In my opinion they are legalized loan sharks. I got a letter in the mail that said all I had to do is take in a certain amount to catch up my account and when I went in with the letter that gave me a certain amt of time which I was early by 6 days they turned around and told me the letter didn't apply anymore. They lie!!!!! And in my opinion the girl I deal with is bipolar she nice one time and not so nice the next time. In my opinion don't go there they rip you off. They say word of mouth goes along way. I hope this reaches allot of people.Not only that in my opinion they are false advertiser which is against the law. They sent me a letter in the mail and DID NOT HONOR IT.
