Poor customer service. I had to call back four times to get someone to talk to me. I stayed on hold. Then to find out they dont deliver to my address. I find out just from looking on Google that these guys have moved 3 times and that one of their chains has been out of business for years. Seems like a failing pizza chain to me. And with my experiences with them, it's easy to see why they are going under. However something posiitve this free wheler did was provide me with the correct number to Wasatch Pizza in my area--now that's good!!

I give up on this place. I went back to give them another chance after the dismal first experience I had and they still can't get it right. And this is after they have been closed for awhile for no apparent reason. Seems they might be on their last legs, judging from the service, food, and lack of customers.

Service is attrocious! I waited most of the night. It took almost 50 minutes just to get a simple pizza to my house- dont even mention how bad their restaurant manners are. I waited over ten minutes on the phone, hung up, tried the internet and that didn't work right either. Unfortunately there was very little open at that time and I was quite tired of Dominos. So I called them back and finally got my order taken. What a cluster-f%#&...pizza was cold. salad stale, garlic rolls a bitter, drenchy mess. .

Free Wheeler Pizza- you should have just stayed closed, in my opinion. For with service like this, you won't be open for long

The people there have been more inconsistent since they moved from downtown and more by the U. They are unable to get large orders done on time, still warm, or at a reasonable discount when they screw up--which is often. Their online ordering frequently is not working correctly if at all. Sometimes they deliver on time and most of the time not. Their sporadic service finally turned almost completely bad and I have not order since. We all wonder now why I stayed with them so long, but I guess we were just rememebring the good ol days. They are long gone.

As MaxSartin as said: Beware Vindictive Reviews.

As of today, Dec 6th, 2011 an ex employee sent a facebook message to the owner of Free Wheeler Pizza stating: "More to follow to review sites and FWP favorite sites near you."

I did a "Print Screen" of the message and it will be made available on request. It is also being reported to YP

Susie, just curious, you mention that you travel extensively, but I can find no other reviews of yours. What pizza places in other cities would you recommend, and when did you order from Free Wheeler? My experiences have always been good

I've had to say this on severa...

I've had to say this on several different sites because there is a concerted effort by a small group of people to 'get back at' one of the owners of Free Wheeler Pizza by posting venomous reviews. I cannot, without any doubt, say that any negative review is one of theirs, but have a strong suspicion because the tone of these are all similar, and they harp on the same issues. One might beleive this is because they are valid statements, but because of other information I have and my being at Free Wheeler every couple of weeks, I know that some of these claims are ridiculous.

Please do not validate their vindictiveness by automatically believing these reviews. I truly hope you simply visit Free Wheeler, without even buying anything, to see for yourself that these claims are false. And if they are not false, and I'm the one trying to manipulate people, then you will see this immediately and can walk out without losing one red cent.

I also want to state up front that I do have a personal relationship with Free Wheeler Pizza, but that I have no financial stake in the business and have not been paid to write this. All I want to do with this review is warn people that there is an effort out there to ruin the good name of Free Wheeler Pizza.

As a constant traveler across the country, I felt it was a duty of mine to point out to families and the public in general how atrocious Free Wheeler Pizza is. I have tasted pizza pies in just about every major city in America, and, nowhere is there a more flavorless and overpriced pizza to be had. I ordered a pizza of my own making with pineapple, green peppers, sausage, etc,. with a few other items it came to about $28. It was delivered some 40 minutes late and was soggy and undercooked. The delivery man also was enough to scare any child. Please, stick to what you know and try to stay away from this misadventure.
