        I was given a quote of $60 to ...

        Wouldn't honor online promotion of four rooms for $49.00. Instead, I was given a quote of $60 to clean 3 area rugs but when the guys arrived they said they would need an additional $80 to clean the rug made of wool. When I asked if they could just clean the two other area rugs, they still charged me $60, even though they were only going to clean TWO rugs instead of 3. And then on top of that, they slipped in an extra $5 "fuel fee!" Terrible way to run a business.
