The worst customer service ever on my life. I don't want to give one star. I once visited a clinic to get an X-ray and had a bill to pay about a few hundred dollars. Last November, when was four months ago, I started contacting their customer service. I asked them what procedures there were so they could cover my bill. This is what they are supposed to do since they are insurance company, but according those customer representitives, my documents were sent to the reviewing process LAST DECEMBER, but I am still not hearing anything. I keep sending them e-mails and all they tell me is to wait more and never reply me back until i send them another e-mail. I am in a situation where I cannot really use a phone call. I have asked them more than five times for their manager's contact to complain but they are now completely ignoring my claim. The WORST service ever I had in my life! I got so much stressed about it for last few months and I guess I will just give in.
