Sorolas Outdoor Power Eq

I took my old Troy Bilt tiller in, was given a 6 week turn around. They had it back to me in 4 weeks and I was amazed at the low price for the repair...cheaper than I had anticipated. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

I was directed to use them for warranty work on my riding lawn mower. They were supposed to pick up my lawn mower within 3 days, it took them 2 weeks to pick it up. This was the second week of July and they said they were short on workers/drivers. It is now Sept 29 and I still don't have my riding lawnmower back. Worse, it has been fixed for over a week and the only delay is that they are "short on workers/drivers" and have had to reschedule the delivery 4 times now. The worst company I have ever dealt with.

i was sent to sorolas by my neighbor to get the carb.for my weedeater worked on, was told by the unpleasent service girl an estimation of the price and that they would call when it was finished. after 2 weeks i finally called and found out that it had been finished. i picked it up and it worked so i have no complaint about their workmanship although they installed a new primer bulb to the tune of an extra 4 bucks and the idle was out of adjustment. in total i was dissatisfied with my experience and think for the service and price i should have gone somewhere else

These Gent's have always been fair and honest. My Dad is the one who goes there te most, and he is treaded very well. My Dad is 88 years old and goes to this store exclusively, unless they send him somewhere else. They do so when they're out of stock (rarely) or when it's cheaper elsewhere again Reaely. They call back when they say they will and with all the information and parts I need. Great Job.Fellas
