This was the first time my 7 month old son had gone to daycare. I only needed a week because my husband and I were traveling for work. Prior to that I stayed home with him. At first I really liked this place, they accommodated us quickly and had Kiddie Cams which I liked because I am a nervous Mom! They make you wear boot covers when you go into the infant room for cleanliness and also have you wash your baby's hands. In the five days he was there, he had 3 incidents. My son cannot crawl yet but can sit himself up and play. The first day I picked him up, his voice was hoarse....(going to the doctor tomorrow, but as he has no other symptoms, I believe he lost his voice due to excessive crying). The first incident I was given a courtesy call saying that he had fallen backwards while playing on the floor and hit his head (this is a common occurrence as he is still finding his balance...he's okay). The second time, they said he was looking at the books and fell forward and hit his mouth on the bookshelf and it was bleeding. He LOVES books so again not surprised but definitely concerned. He's still okay. Third time and last day of day care, I pick him up from the floor where he was just sitting there crying as another child was sitting on his leg, and they asked if anyone had called me. I looked at my son and he had two long scratch marks on his cheek, a small gash above his eye that was bleeding and his face was covered in dark boogers or something. They claimed they tried to call me about 20 minutes before I got there becaus the incident had just happened. No one called...I had perfect signal all day and not one missed call! They also had my husbands and my Father's numbers if they couldn't get me. I asked if they tried those and they said mine was all they had. The incident report said it had happened an hour earlier too!! The report also said the treatment administered to him was that they washed his face with soap and water...if they did that why was he so filthy!?!? I also noticed my son hadn't been fed in over 4 hours!!! I was so angry! It seemed to me as though the infant room should be separated by mobile and immobile children. My son would be playing on the floor and a child would go rolling right by him with one of those walker toys! He could have been run over and it always seemed like the staff to child ratio was way off!!! Please stay away from this center!!! It's also extremely overpriced! Angry angry Momma here!

Tiny treasures is a very clean center "ALWAYS SMELLS GOOD" the staff is AWSOME very freindly I feel really good leaveing my daughter there every morrning and I just love when I pick her up she is HAPPY and tells me all the things she did that day, the center is very orginized with art work, class room setting also their web site provides lots of information on staff and up comeing events Im just really glad I found this center for my daughter I really feel it was a good choice for both of us.
