I want to know if you have closed down the Lancaster Animal Care Center

as yet, they should not be allowed to operate

there was a dog there on April 18th

he was there for four days before being

put up with adoption on April 22nd

and on April 23rd was killed

One day to find a home?????????????????????????

they never gave him a chance
