Overall

I had tenants that I had evicted after the end of their lease so I could prep the Condo to sell. The tenants would not move, so I enlisted Arther Meirson of Goldstein, Gellman, Melbostad, Harris & McSparran, LLP to help. The tenant laws in California are not favorable to landlords, let alone in San Francisco. Mr. Meirson helped me through the process of making the right choices in this matter.
