        This place is so unprofessional. John who's in charge of house keeping fired me because I asked to get transferred to the kitchen and because I wouldn't stay later than my scheduled shift. I've called the receptionist and HR to speak to the executive. No one has returned by calls. I have even called corporate and no call yet. He said I quit but there are two witnesses that heard him ask me for my work keys. Jewelry has been missing from residents and no one is being questioned nor lie detectors have been given. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are so short staff in every department that as a house keeper I helped transfer a resident and would brush other residents hair because not even that is done. John is so unprofessional he even called me on my day off after working six days to tell me I need to clean a room. The job rate is ridiculous. They can't keep employees at all!

        Overall

        You want to put your loved one in a place and know they are getting taking care of. Remarkable is NOT the place. The staff is rude, they ignore the buzzer in fact they took away the bed alarms, so now if your love one falls they are not going to know. The staff wants you to do their job and they lie. They don't tell you everything that is going on and they write unpleasant things about the family. My family and I had a horrible experience. I do NOT recommend this place.
