Very unprofessional. I called twice, left a message both times and Gerry Mullaney did not have the common courtesy to call me back regarding my legal matter. To boot, his receptionist didn't even know whether he handled bankruptcy cases or not when I first called to inquire. If you don't want someone's case or do not practice a particular area of law, at least have the professionalism of returning one's phone call. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

When you take a case it is expected that you keep your word and provide your clients with constant updates. Even ifyour share the case with additional attorneys. Your word should be your bond. Very disappointed with your service!!In almost five years you have met with us only twice. Once when you agreed to take the case and once when we suggested a meeting to give us an update on the case in 2004. At that meeting we were told that we should settle by March of the same year. No settlement and no explanation given. Many promised dates, no results. When I call to talk to you you don't even give me the courtesy of a call back. I call you because I have a difficult time contacting Mr. Durkin and he is selective in who's call he'll return. Instead of you returning my call to me, you call Mr. Durkin who hashis secretary call me to tell me he has no information for me. As long as your name is still associated with the case a little common courtesy goes a long way!!!!!!!!!!!!
