DO NOT RENT FROM OR SUPPORT JET REALTY. The people who work there are manipulative, disrespectful, and unprofessional, both in their work and in their character. Not only do they break the law, such as by not returning your deposit within 30 days as required by state law, but they also take advantage of their tenants, making the renting experience miserable. I truly believe that the only reason they are still in business is because once their tenants move out, they simply want to move on and be done with the whole ordeal. Check the Better Business Bureau for examples and details of why you don’t want to rent from Jet Realty.
