        ordered through safeway.com. driver came 2 hours late and said I can t get all my deliveries bec he can t open the freezer...jammed. he gave me the option of taking what he has now or cancel and will get my money back. i chose to just cancel. so I called and left a message about what happened and asked that somebody call me back. NOTHING! they already took my money out even before the actual delivery. i have e-mailed, called and to this day I have not received my refund, almost a month. i feel like they are delaying, so not to give my refund back. my friend suggested I write the business beauru and report them. I might just have to do that. sooo disappointed with the service.
