        Overall

        Most very wonderful experience. To begin with, estimate appointment was ON TIME! (actually showed up 2 minutes early.) Person was very knowledgeable, did not try to push services on us that we did not need but at the same time very thorough to address all our needs.



        We received a couple estimates from different companies, and we decided to go with TBS. They were able to schedule the work within a few days. They showed up in the morning and by end of the day we had all work done in the middle of a heat wave. (taking no breaks, even for lunch.) Men were very professional and courteous. (I am a 5 foot tall woman who is 9 months pregnant- so this was truly appreciated!!!)



        Work looks amazing;- and we had a bloody mess in basement to begin with... Imagine: 1920's home, with field stone foundation walls, dug up broken mish-mesh patch work of concrete floor where water just shoots through the walls during a rain storm. But now;- it looks amazing. Price-wise we got an excellent deal.



        They covered up our floors on main floor to make sure no mess is left behind when they are done. They also cleaned up work-site.



        To top it all, all work has lifetime warranty that goes with house even if we ever decide to sell. (which boosts our home value!!!)



        I can only highly recommend TBS!!!
