        Postmail carrier for South Hampton, PA does not take my mail despite how long an envelope with the appropriate stamp sits there. I have emailed into the post office as well as wrote the post carrier a note asking to please take mail but they still have not picked it up in a week despite leaving other mail there. I also have not heard back from the post office via email like I was told when I submitted my inquiry. It It is beyond my comprehension to why this is an ongoing problem that seems very elementary considering their sole job is drop off and pick up mail. Not sure if they need a diagram drawn for them and/or to be advised they are only performing 50% of their job when they only drop mail off and not pick up. I just sent yet another inquiry into the post office about the issue again.

        As a long time customer of this location 18966,I'm still amazed by lack of care and up keep.Outside is dirty ,with trash overflowing etc.Inside,more often than not ,after hours package drop is jammed .

        I would put 0 stars if it was possible. I sent a birthday present PRIORITY MAIL to a relative out of state. The postal processing destroyed the pkg so was never delivered. The birthday was ruined. The pkg came back to me. I have spent 5 weeks trying to get a refund from these people. All they seem capable of doing is taking the 4 phone messages and 2 visits that I've made trying to get a response from the Southampton postmaster who is never there or capable of returning a phone call. This has been a disgrace. All to recover $5.95. Use UPS or Fed Ex. They at least deliver as promised.
