        Poor service

        I called the service dept about questions regarding a rental, the gal that answered was abrupt and unconcerned with helping me. She complained about being only one there answering phones and would cut me off or disconnect me in process of getting me info. Other questions I asked seemed to be very troubling for her to meet request.
