legendary Mobile Detail

I have used Legendary Mobile Detailing in the past and they did a great job. They sent me a coupon to my email for $40 my next detail, I called Wednesday 4/4/18 to schedule the appointment and they were suppose to be here Thursday 4/5/18 morning to wash my truck, they never showed up, I called hours later and said he lost my phone number and was running late he would be there Friday morning 4/6/18 by 10:00, I said no that's to late I need you here by 8. I tried calling him at 7:55 he did not answer, I called back at 8:05, no answer so I left a message and told him don't worry about coming out I will have someone else do it. If you do not want to honor the coupon, do not email them to your customers. He is very undependable. does not communicate with you, and will not return your phone calls. I do not recommend you use his services, very unprofessional. I am very disappointed in the way he handled my request.
