I've had this company for a couple of years, missed picking up the trash just a few times and when I called, the office person was polite, and trash was picked up the next day. Recently I had a large item pickup scheduled; it was picked up promptly.

Second week in a row my trash was not picked up and I've had to call everyday this week to remind them. Except this week even the daily reminder wasn't enough to have someone come out and pick up the trash. Very disappointed, wish I would have read the other reviews first.

This is an unreliable and unpleasant company. They didn't pick up my trash, charged me in any event, and then cancelled the service on my street by dropping a note on the ground near my mailbox. (They had no trouble mailing me when it came to billing!) They also took my garbage bin without telling me. Terrible experience. I wouldn't use their services again.

On numerous occasions they will take only half of your trash. You call them up and they say they will be back within 48 hours to get what they missed? Either blind or lazy trash men? Not a reliable/ dependable service or company

This company and its poor business ethics, in delivering the services customers pay for in advance per quarter, is so deplorable you'll miss the old days when you could freely burn your garbage so as to avoid proving my point by ignoring this review and hiring them.



And if you're a green consumer, into recycling, forget it. They will often times pick up your garbage and the recycling tote at the same time.

They pick up garbage every week. Recycling every other week. Figure that one out. But with us this happened more than once.

And unless things have changed they have a contract with the State to pick up recycling at the recycling centers.

We saw the trash trucks, because they're different colors than the Recycling fleet, servicing the recycling dumpsters that use to be behind Red Lobster in Dover.



Seriously. Find someone else or you'll really regret hiring these guys. And if they pick you up every week you'll be lucky. They'll skip your trash just because. Because why? Good question.
