Admiral Tire & Auto of Waldorf

Purchased tires from this franchise store, Admiral Goodyear in Waldorf, MD 12/5/2015. I drove 12,291 miles in that time, my tire treads are now at a five level, 12/30/2016. The manager, Dontae, told me that I had to purchase new tires, that they would not replace them because I did not have road hazard ins. on them. I think they sold me some bad tires, there is no way 65,000 mile tires wear down to half in a year with only a little over 12,000 miles on them. And yes, I keep my care serviced, I only missed one tire rotation, but that still should not put that much wear on the tires. At least offer to replace the two worse tires, or give me half the money that I paid for them back, I would have been happy with that. Heck, just take it as a write off/loss to help the customer, something!!!

I get down there just for them to only have one tire in stock to replace, and then tell me I have to come back on Monday. Check your inventory!!! Not just on the computer but physically, it's called customer service, especially if the customer tells you that they are 45 mins. to and hour drive to get there.
