Mitch was on-time, friendly, did a great job cleaning my carpets, gave a great price, provided information on how to give my carpets some follow-up care on my own, and even brought me a great loaf of bread. What more could you ask for?

Keeping the carpets clean with 2 large dogs and 2000+ square feet of crapet is quite a task. Luckily for me I stumbled across Mitch at Walnut Creek Carpet Care to keep up to the challenge. I have gone through at least half a dozen carpet cleaning companies that generally dont do as good of a job and always feel the need to rush their way through with poor results. Mitch has shown that he has the most integrity and knowledge when it comes to proper carpet care and attention to detail...and the fact that he is the owner/operator definately gives it a personalized touch. Mitch has also been available for me numerous times when i've needed him on short notice or emergency pet accident situations. This kind of service is unparalled in the carpet cleaning world.

Not only is Mitch the nicest guy you'll ever meet, he's also the most curteous and considerate. He uses child and pet safe cleaners that manage to reduce the mix of juice, bananna, and whatever else my 1 year old daughter manages to mash in. He is always on time and wont charge you above what he quotes you. He'll get the job done fast and damned near perfect. The zucchini bread is also a wonderful perk. Thanks Mitch you're the man.

Mitch did an amazing job on my carpets. He runs a hometown operation with hometown pride. the appointment was at noon on Saturday and he was there at 11:55, the homemade banana bread didn't hurt any as well. Thanks Mitch!!!
