Called to have flowers delivered to my mother who was in the hospital. I asked several times if they were guaranteed to be delivered that same day. I was assured they would be. I was charged 70 dollars to my card. The flowers were not delivered and I cannot get ahold of anyone now. Very disappointed with them.

We delivered your flowers on Saturday to the hospital and we left the flowers with the volunteers (they are supposed to take the flowers to the patient's room). Apparently, the volunteers mixed up the deliveries and didn't take the flowers to the room, and we got your message on Sunday. Call the hospital and check on the delivery, they had an issue with the delivery and took the flowers to the patient's room on Sunday and we ended up redelivering another arrangement to the patient's room the same day.
Products, service and staff are exceptional. I plan to use this florist for many years to come.
