For those of you looking to install or upgrade a home theatre or any home audio, these guys are the best. I have dealt with 4 different audio companies over the past few years and Crown Audio is by far the best. If you are looking for a professional install, great customer service and honest people to help you put together a system that suits your needs, Crown Audio is it!!! My hats off to these guys as I am a very picky customer. They were 100% on point. The best part is during the shopping process they won't cram equipment down your throat that doesnt suit your needs. They are very knowledgable and truly oriented toward giving the customer what they need not what benefits the store.

I recently purchased a home and employed Crown Audio to design and construct my home theater. Before choosing this company, I visited both of their 2 retail locations (Lake Mary & Winter Park), met with the owner (Wael Yacoub), and research past projects they had worked on. I was impressed by their theater/sound system displays, vast array of services offered, as well as, the company’s business philosophy. The owner was highly involved in the planning and implementation process and was always available to answer any questions I had. All of the equipment and electronics Crown Audio used was of high quality with good on-line reviews. Anyone who builds a home theater knows how expensive it can be; to make sure I was getting my money’s worth I compared all of the equipment costs from our Crown Audio quote to multiple on-line sources. I found that not only were they comparable but that Crown Audio was actually offering some items below what I could purchase anywhere else.



In addition to the electronics, Crown Audio handled ordering and installing our theater seating, lighting, window shades and carpet. In addition, I also had them replace AC controllers, install touch screen control panels, add surround sound speakers to the family room, replace/install speakers throughout the house and patio, and start pre-wiring for more smart-home capabilities I plan for in the future. They were always accommodating to my time schedule and their install guys have been a pleasure to work with. I feel that Crown Audio has done an exceptional job and delivered the product and service they promised. I have already referred some of my friends to Crown Audio and highly recommend their company services.
