Joan Collins needs a crash course in customer service, and phone/email etiquette. This RUDE B*** was so nasty on the phone, it's no wonder the properties she's the agent for sit forever. I called her because SHE LISTED HER NUMBER AS A CONTACT, and I was rudely greeted with a snarky and exasperated "HI" How unprofessional!

I used to work in the real estate field and NEVER encountered someone so unprofessional! She didn't introduce herself, do I thought I had the wrong number. I asked if I was speaking to "Joan" and she curtly said "yes". I told her my name and the reason for my call, when she abruptly cut me off mid sentence and exclaimed she was going out to dinner and only responds to emails, followed by a "you got my email address right?!" I was p.o'd at this point and responded in kind with a short answer. I said "oh yes, I have your email address alright. I've sent you 3!!" I hung up after that.

In case your a seller or a landlord who wondering why your property has yet to sell or been rented out yet. THIS JERK is the reason! There are so many more qualified and reputable agents you could be dealing with. In fact your better off listing it yourself than wasting your hard earned money on this one, who is just steering away potential interested buyers/renters.
