Seoul Restaurant

The food is expensive. They charge way more than the food is worth. The main purpose of this review is to make others aware of the fraudulent activity of the business owner.The real kicker was the treatment of the manager. There were no servers so my table was served by the restaurant owner. He came over and took our drink orders. Both of us said water. He then comes over with two bottled waters and two glasses of ice. After that we order our food. During our meal, he completely ignored us and made no effort to make us feel welcome. He didn't check up on us, didn't ask if the food was alright, didn't feel the need to see if we needed anything extra. Finally the bill comes. I see that he added an extra charge. I had to wait a while to flag him down. By the way, the restaurant was almost completely empty. There was only one other table occupied by guests so he wasn't by any means busy. I asked him about the unknown charge and he told me ITS FOR THE WATER. So I asked him why I was charged for water. His rude response was "I bought it!" I have never in my life been charged for water in a restaurant.Look, I understand if an owner wants to charge for bottled water. However, he should have informed us that we were being charged instead of just handing us the water and charging later. I paid for my meal, filled out the credit card receipt (including the lines for tip, total and my signature) and left.I found out a few days later, that he decided to steal from me and add his own additional tip to my bill! My bank statement showed that he charged me $4 extra!! I clearly wrote $19.59 on the credit card slip. My bank statement showed that he charged me $23.50. This is completely unacceptable, especially from the owner of an establishment. **Just be aware this restaurant is owned by an individual that commits credit card fraud.**
