Auto Appraise

This was my first experience with an auto appraisal service and I will state that it was an enjoyable and pleasant experience. My vehicle inspector, Travis Williams, was very accommodating by offering to re-schedule the original inspection date from a Friday to the following Monday due to inclement weather. Travis informed me that he would be taking photos of my 1976 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am and that the car would photograph better in natural light versus indoor garage lighting. Travis was on time for the re-scheduled appointment and very pleasant to deal with. His inspection was very detailed and thorough. After I received the final appraisal report and appraised value, I was satisfied with both. Lastly, it was gratifying to know that Travis was also a classic muscle car enthusiast as he relayed to me that he restored a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle. Would gladly recommend Auto Appraise to others that live I the classic world.

My insurance co. offered me 4600 4100 with a 500ded. for my 2007 chrysler 300. i asked the adjuster if he could do a little better .he said that was all he could offer..I felt like he was low balling me so i contacted auto appraise. Awesome company. Very professional. We bought a car out of state based on his thorough inspection. We were amazed at the detail of his video and pictures provided. Worry free.

My car was a total loss from progressive. Through the help of auto appraise I got a lot more than the low ball from the insurance company who didn't understand how rare my car was. Jason put in a ton of work to get a true market value and moved quickly. I'd highly recommend using them and I will again.

Everyone I dealt with was great and very professional. They answer their phones quickly and helped me through the entire process. Jason spent many hours inspecting the antique car I wanted to buy and the report was incredibly thorough. He took several hundred photos of the car so I could see exactly what was done in the restoration process.

Jason and his staff were able to arrange an inspection on short notice, just before the holiday, and bad weather. Very impressive and detailed written report, along with over 300 photos and a video of the test drive. You could not ask for a more thorough pre-purchase inspection - more than I could have done in person. Ended up using the inspection for some last minute price negotiations, saving me money and heartbreak in the whole transaction. Jason and his team are the most professional auto inspection team I've run across and I've had three used car inspections completed by various institutions prior. While Auto Appraise isn't the cheapest inspector it is absolutely the best VALUE I've come across with tons of factual info provided to help you make an informed purchase. Highly recommended!

I am very impressed with Auto Appraisals. They provided me with appraisals for two vehicles I had in mind. The appraisals were very complete with high quality photos and detailed report. Very friendly team. I highly recommend them and will use them again once I find another vehicle that I'm interested in. Jason has a very customer service attitude. Two thumbs up.

I first called Auto Appraise with a lot of questions concerning a diminished value claim I was going to submit on my vehicle that was damaged by another party. Autumn was beyond knowledgeable and answered everything I came up with. I went with Auto Appraise and they even gave me a military discount, and I truly support any company that does this for us serving. Once my vehicle was repaired, which had over $11,000 in damages, they sent a professional appraiser out and evaluated the car. Once he was complete with his report, Auto Appraise worked very quickly to get me my Diminished Value Appraisal report. Even though the car was expertly repaired, they determined that I sustained $4,700 in diminished value. Once I spoke with my insurance company (state farm), the adjuster really had little ground to argue against the report and I walked away with $4,000 from insurance. Couldn't be happier, would definitely work with such a reputable company in the future.

Contacted these folks and they had an individual at my house the next day. The inspection was very professional. Auto Appraise sent me a full appraisal the very next day. Outstanding and professional service. Would recommend to anyone needing this service.
