Harrington Hotel

The staff are very nice and friendly...The place is perfect spot tor our DC, it's at the center of everything...I don't care about anything else as long as I have a bed to sleep and the staff are accommodating..100 thumbs up guys!

This hotel was a bit dated, but it was clean. The best thing about it is the location. It is walking distance to the National Mall and other sites. There is also a major Metro station within walking distance. The price was great and wifi worked.

Wanted to be in easy walking distance for my 16-year-old niece's first trip to DC. This was perfect. We took the subway from the train station, walked two blocks and there we were. We could see the hotel sign from the exit of the subway. Good service, nice room and we benefited from a having suite somehow. It was great to fall into at the end of the day. The hotel lived up to its good reputation.

If hotel location, safety, cleanness and prize are important to you when choosing hotels, Hotel Harrington is the best.



We stayed four nights with Harrington, booked for Double room with Two Double Beds, luckily we got an interconnected room, with two bath rooms, two single and one queen beds, two TVs, great for three of us.



The location is unbeatable, 10 minutes walk to White House, 20 minutes walk to Capitol, 5 minutes walk to National Mall, 5-10 minutes walk to Forever 21 / H&M, Macy's, 15 minutes walk to China Town. There are many eating places around. It is located in an safe area as well.

The hotel is located just around 100m from pennsylvania avenue, 5 mins walk to the smithsonian. Once you stay in this hotel, you wont need your car or anything else, everything just within walking distance.

It is a good clean hotel at a reasonable price. We got a family room with two double beds and four single beds and one bathroom for our family of two adults and five children. It is certainly not fancy but it is clean. We did not have any real problems.

The Harrington Hotel is a perfect base for tourists, wishing to walk to most of the capital sites and attractions. DC can make your legs cry of pain, and the Harrington is right in the middle if you want to stop during the day, relax and go out again.

The very positive experience at this hotel in regards to service, its staff, its good location. Parking out and payment. The room well with window to the street. It's an old hotel remodeled. It is quite close to the White House. Good choice unpretentious.

Took the kids to DC for some sightseeing. Didn't want to take the metro everywhere so I read about this hotel which is the closest to the museums. Indeed it was!

This is a tourist-class hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance to a metro station and to many popular sights. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and were able to answer all my queries. There is a family atmosphere. It is very good value for money, given the location.
